Objectives of the division
- Preparing statistical reports on the academic activities and achievements of the university’s colleges and centers.
- Preparing the annual university statistics, issuing a brochure, and providing it to the Ministry.
- Preparing statistics on the number of graduating students in undergraduate and graduate studies.
- Preparing a database of university affiliates, including faculty and staff, and updating it periodically.
- Preparing statistical reports according to the needs of the university and the Ministry.
- Preparing the university’s annual report.
- Monitoring the statistical database of the files of those leaving work and newly appointed.
- Monitoring the categorization of data related to faculty members’ research.
Tasks and duties of the Division
Statistics Unit / Main Task
Collecting and periodically updating statistical data and information, organizing it, and preparing reports thereon to benefit from it in the university’s work and activities, and providing the university presidency with the required data and statistics.
Data and Information Unit / Main Task
Managing the receipt and classification of data and information for the purpose of analyzing and presenting them to the relevant parties.
Planning, Training and Development Unit / Main Task
Preparing scientific studies, analyzing data available within the department, and providing scientific consultations to stakeholders. We also supervise and monitor the holding of training courses in coordination with ministries and international organizations.
