
Doctoral Defense on Encryption Systems in Electrical Engineering
On Thursday, March 23, 2017, Mr. Athir Jabbar Mansoor successfully defended his doctoral dissertation titled “FPGA-Based Encryption System Using Chaotic Maps” at Dijlah Hall, Electrical Engineering Department, for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.

The research explored the application of chaotic systems in image encryption algorithms due to their randomness and unpredictability. It highlighted pixel value and position alteration for enhanced security. The dissertation was awarded a grade of Excellent.
