Electrical Engineering Department Honors Retired Faculty Member

The Electrical Engineering Department organized a ceremony to honor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayad Khalaf Al-Samarrai on his retirement after reaching the legal retirement age. The event was attended by the department head, Dr. Dhari Yousef Mahmoud, along with administrative assistants, academic branch heads, faculty members, and staff.

Dr. Mahmoud presented Dr. Al-Samarrai with a departmental shield and a certificate of appreciation, recognizing his outstanding contributions over years of dedicated service. Dr. Al-Samarrai expressed his gratitude for the recognition and the camaraderie within the department.
