Electrical Engineering Department organizes a visit to Zohour Alawiya Orphanage

The Department of Electrical Engineering at the Technological University organized a visit to Zuhur Al-Alawiya Orphanage with the participation of a number of teachers and members of the department. They met with the management of the home and listened to their requirements and the difficulties they face in providing the necessary supplies.

They also met with the orphanage’s female guests, whose ages range from 6 to 12 years old. The aim of the visit was to contribute directly to providing the basic needs of air conditioners for orphans and people with special needs with the arrival of the summer season.

The Department of Electrical Engineering, under the direct guidance of the Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Jabbar Khalaf Muhammad, continues to support orphanages and charitable works for the needy as an effective contribution from the department in serving the community and reflecting positively on this important segment of our beloved country.
