Electrical Engineering Department wins prizes in three-minute thesis competition

The Department of Electrical Engineering won the first place in the three-minute thesis competition at the university level for the master’s category, which was held at the conference hall of the Department of Computer Engineering on Thursday, April 25, 2024.
Graduate student Amr Imad Othman, under the supervision of instructor Dr. Aws Habib Mohammed, won the second place, while graduate student Omar Qasim Dawood, under the supervision of assistant professor Dr. Anam Ibrahim Ali, won the third place in the master’s category as well.
The closing ceremony and prize distribution was attended by the university president, the scientific assistant, the head of the Department of Electrical Engineering and the scientific assistant of the department, as well as a number of department heads and a large number of university teachers and students.
