Master’s Thesis Discusses Compact Multiband Band-Pass Filter Design

A master’s thesis titled “Design of Compact Multiband BPF Using Double-Layered Dual-Mode Resonator” was presented by Zainab Ouda Mohammed at the Electrical Engineering Department of the University of Technology. The research proposed a compact and high-performance dual-band band-pass filter utilizing a T-shaped hairpin resonator (T-SLHR) in a double-layered structure. The resonator was analyzed using even- and odd-mode methods, achieving dual-band filtering through coupled T-SLHRs with a ground layer substrate.
