Scientific Seminar: Implementing E-Learning Platforms in Labs

Under the patronage of the University of Technology President, Prof. Amin Daway Thamer, the Electrical Engineering Department hosted a seminar titled “Using E-Learning Platforms in Laboratories and Their Role in Improving Experimental Performance” on April 30, 2019, in Dijla Hall.

The seminar aimed to explore new advancements in information technology and their application in enhancing teaching methodologies. It introduced Google educational applications, emphasizing their potential for improving traditional teaching.

After opening with the national anthem and Quranic recitation, Prof. Thamer and Prof. Dar Yousif Mahmood delivered welcoming speeches. The seminar included a lecture by Dr. Uday Ali Ahmed on the effective use of Google Classroom for laboratory management. The event was attended by faculty members, students, and research center representatives, with recommendations made to advance e-learning in the university.
