Advancing Knowledge in Electrical Engineering

As part of its academic and cultural activities for the first semester of 2017–2018, the Electrical Engineering Department hosted a seminar titled:
“Design Considerations for High-Powered Machines in Space Applications.”

Delivered by Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Mohammed, the session explored design factors for compact, high-performance electric machines used in spacecraft propulsion systems. The event, held in Dijla Hall, was attended by the department head, faculty, and staff, and concluded with an engaging Q&A session that enriched participants’ understanding of this specialized field.
