Training Workshop on E-Learning in Iraqi Universities

The Research and Development Department of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in collaboration with the University of Technology, organized a two-day training workshop on e-learning within the premises of the Electrical Engineering Department.

The workshop, held on June 30 and July 1, 2019, was part of the third pillar of the e-learning project, focusing on capacity building and training. Led by Dr. Uday Ali Ahmed from the University of Technology and Dr. Mahmoud Shukr Mahmoud from Al-Mansour University College, the sessions provided in-depth training on e-learning platforms such as Google Classroom, Moodle, Canvas, and Edmodo.

Participants were trained on registering universities in these platforms and utilizing their features. The workshop concluded with the distribution of participation certificates, attended by the University President, scientific and administrative assistants, the Head of the Electrical Engineering Department, and other faculty members.
