Electrical Engineering Department Hosts Seminar on Performance Indicators and Rubrics

As part of its academic and cultural activities for the first semester of the 2017–2018 academic year, the Electrical Engineering Department held a seminar on “Performance Indicators and Rubrics” in the Dijla Hall.

The session, presented by Dr. Mohammed Moanes Ezz El-Din Ali and Dr. Mohammed Khudair Abdel, was attended by the department head, Dr. Dari Youssef Mahmoud, along with deputies, branch heads, faculty members, and staff.

The seminar focused on methods to assess students’ skill acquisition using performance indicators and rubrics, and on preparing educational outcome tables and diagrams in accordance with ABET standards. A Q&A session followed, addressing participants’ inquiries.
