Dr. Luay G. Ibrahim

Department of Electrical Engineering

Luay G. Ibrahim was born in Baghdad, Iraq in April of 1977. He received his B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Technology (UOT), Iraq, in 2003, 2006, and 2020 respectively. In 2006, he joined the department of electrical engineering at the University of Technology, Baghdad, in Iraq, as an Asst Lecturer. Currently, he is a lecturer in the department of electrical engineering at UOT. His major research interest includes covers a wide range of subjects in power system stability FACTS devices, power system analysis and digital simulation, power system operation and control, and electrical machines.
