
Master’s Thesis on Wireless Communication Antennas
Innovative Designs for Modern Applications
On Thursday, April 29, 2018, Mohammed Khamees Abbas successfully defended his master’s thesis titled:
“Design and Analysis of Indirectly Fed Antennas for Wireless Communication Applications.”
The panel included:
- Prof. Dr. Raad Hamdan Thahir – Chair
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thamer Rasheed Saeed – Member
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jamal Mohammed Rasool – Member
- Dr. Ali Jabbar Salem – Supervisor
The study introduced three innovative antenna designs for diverse wireless applications, each manufactured and tested by the Ministry of Science and Technology’s Electronic Manufacturing Center. With only minor revisions, the thesis earned Mohammed an excellent grade.
