Division objectives
| The Cultural Relations Division supervises the scientific and cultural activities in the college. |
Tasks and duties of the Division
| 1. Follow up on published research. |
| 2. Obtain letters of thanks from the university presidency for researchers who publish their research in reputable scientific journals. |
| 3. Follow up on faculty members’ full-time employment and letters of no-objection. |
| 4. Follow up on studies within Iraq. |
| 5. Obtain letters of thanks for researchers who have obtained patents. |
| 6. Follow up on the affairs of those on scholarship and study leave outside Iraq. |
| 7. Follow up on faculty delegations inside and outside Iraq. |
| 8. Follow up and document the college’s activities, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and discussion groups, and submit recommendations to the university presidency. |
| 9. Issue approvals for participation in conferences and seminars for participants from inside and outside the college. |
| 10. Completing the quarterly activity and annual report on the college’s activities. |
